  New locks fitted after exchange of new house

  Rob was absolutely fantastic, we wanted the locks changing on our long term rented property after finally completing and becoming homeowners. His communication was outstanding, he was accommodating to the dates requested, he came out when he said he would and he showed great work ethic and care and attention. Would highly recommend and we will 100% use again in future

  Reliable, polite, great service and goes the extra mile.

  Rob came out to replace the gearbox/mechanism for my patio doors. From the first call over the phone till the very end, Rob provided a great service. Rob was very kind and polite and knowledgeable. And it was a pleasure to have a good conversation with him. Went out of his way to also align/adjust my doors to ensure a smooth operation of the doors. 10 out of 10.

  Four UPVC window handles fitted, adjustments made and a new mechanism fitted to one window

  Extremely pleased with the professional service provided by Rob today. He replaced several UPVC window handles, adjusted some windows and a door and fitted a new mechanism to one window. He arrived when he said he would. Explained everything clearly. He completed the work very efficiently. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to use Rob again for future work.
