Professional and competent
Highly qualified, Mr. Rob changed the broken lock in my post box and fitted a new door lock. Prior to the job, he suggested the best solutions for both. He also fixed a jammed window lock, on a bespoke handle that would be difficult to replace otherwise. He seemed quite passionate about his job which was a nice, personal touch.
