Hi Lilly, we’re sorry to see you were unhappy with our service, particularly as we cleaned for you regularly from March through to June. During that time, a number of cleans were moved or cancelled at your request, which occasionally meant your usual cleaner was unavailable and we needed to provide an alternative. We always do our best to provide a reliable, consistent service and keep disruption to a minimum. As your review doesn’t mention a specific issue, we’d really welcome you getting in touch with us directly so we can understand your concerns and hopefully resolve them for you.

A Job well done!
Sometimes booking services can be a pain, but my experience with “local maids” was the opposite. It was the smoothest booking process I've ever had, quick responses, clear pricing, and easy scheduling. The cleaning herself was fantastic. professional, respectful, and very thorough. Domestic house clean

As explained when booking, our arrival times are estimates as cleaners travel between customers and delays can occasionally occur. You booked 3 hours for a five-bedroom property, so there is naturally a limit to what can realistically be completed within that time. One of our 5 star rates experienced cleaners attended and your internal rating was 3/5, before leaving a 3/10 here, we would love to understand why. We’re always happy to discuss expectations before future bookings.
