Replacing lock cylinders and door mechanism
Alan could not have been more helpful or progressional. From the minute I called he was able to offer advice on the phone (despite it being a bank holiday) and visited promptly the next working day. Fixed patio door lock
Alan was very easy to communicate with, very knowledgeable and helpful. He came out to fix locks on patio door (although very difficult to fix - Alan came up with alternative solution which was brilliant!). Alan also provided advice for other windows and did an all round fab job! Change locks after house purchase
