  Excellent Service and Clear Communication

  I had a great experience with Jon. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He walked me through the entire process, explaining what he was doing and why. I really appreciated how Jon kept me updated on the progress and clearly laid out my options and the cost upfront. It's rare to find such clear communication and excellent work. I'd definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

  Efficient, timely and affordable service

  We were unable to lock our front door as a result of the mechanism breaking. Jon responded to our sos very quickly and ensured the door was secured while a new part was obtained the next day. Jon was extremely polite, pleasant and focused on completing the repair and did a great job. Thanks Jon. Highly recommended

  Front door and Conservatory doors - New locks fitted

  Jon provided a first class service. He went above and beyond what was expected. He was punctual, friendly, explained clearly what needed to be done to maintain the locks to avoid damage as well as looking at our door and noticing it was slanting to the left so got it adjusted to the point where we stopped getting the cold draft in, even though it wasn't even his responsibility to do so. I would highly recommend everyone to use Lockfit Bishop's Stortford if you ever get in a "door" jam! Thanks again Jon!
