    Front door would not open

    Front door would not open messaged John late at night and he replied within a short while to arrange to come out the following day. He was extremely efficient and fixed the door quickly. Would highly recommend

    Change of locks on front and garage doors

    John recently changed the locks on our new home and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He responded quickly to my enquiry and was very efficient on the day, talking me through all of the options to make sure we went with the right one for us. Would highly recommend.

    Door lock repair/replacement

    UPVC door was stuck in closed & locked position because the lock gearbox mechanism was broken so I could not get the door open to replace it. Originally contacted a door fitting company to see if they could help but they suggested a lock smith instead. Contacted Lockforce and John arrived on time the following day. John worked efficiently and professionally and was able to get the door open without damaging the door, or the frame. He replaced the lock gearbox mechanism with a new one that he had available in stock. Very happy with the work done, highly recommended.

    Replacing garage lock

    UPVC DOOR LOCKING MECKINISM SEIZED

    John responded quickly, did a temporary fix to allow the door to open and be locked. Returned within a couple of days to replace the faulty locking Menckenism. Upfront and transparent with the pricing which was more than reasonable. I would recommend and use again.

    fitting a new lock to a front door

    I phoned John as my keys would no longer work to lock my front door. I arranged to come round the following day. He tested the door and fitted a new lock within half an hour. Brilliant service.
