  Came Through in an Emergency

  Our key snapped inside the lock just as we were leaving for the airport. Locksmith Ivo was a legend — he came out immediately, got the broken bit out, and replaced the cylinder all before we missed our flight!

  Really Helped After Our Burglary

  Our flat was broken into while we were away. I called Locksmith Ivo in a panic and he came out straight away, replaced all the compromised locks, and reinforced the back door too. He was understanding and supportive — just what we needed after something so upsetting.
