    Friendly professional and prompt. Good job done

    This is the first time that I have had to use a locksmith and I was a bit apprehensive as you hear of so many scams. The apprehension was unnecessary, Ivo was prompt friendly and totally professional. He knew exactly what was wrong with the lock and repaired my door in no time.     lock not working

    the locksmith arrived on time and identified the problem quickly. the locksmith replaced the lock with a new one and made sure that the door closed correctly with the new plate. thank you so much.

    Door lock replacement

    Ivo, the locksmith, was on time and quickly identified the problem with the door lock. He replaced the door lock and made sure the plate fitted. He was finished very quickly and I am very pleased that the door can be locked now. Thank you so much.

    Front door locking mechanism failed.

    I contacted Ivo at 8.30 am and it was fixed by 9.30 am. .You can't get better than that. Not only was it fixed, the door closed and locked far better than before even when it was new.

    First class. Try this guy first.

    Lost keys to my flat on a flight home from holiday. Ivo said he'd be with me in 45 mins, showed up as promised and I was inside again less than 30 mins later. No damage caused, very friendly chap - I'd not hesitate to recommend him. Two thumbs - well up! Matt Southsea (May 2026)
