The whole experience was good. The initial visit was quickly organised and thorough - possibilities explained clearly and a quotation given. The work was done on the agreed day, an unexpected problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Good clean up when job was finished. Generally very professional. Peter came round was thorough and efficient, and produced a reasonable quote. He was then able to get his team round a week later - they removed all the mouldy insulation and replaced it with more suitable insulation for the space. He was absolutely brilliant, did a sterling job, removed all the old insulation, cleaned the loft area then installed new 100mm base and 200mm top insulation. The whole experience with Loft Insulation Specialists was so easy. From my initial conversation after condensation developed in my loft, through the inspection, quote ( which was very competitive) and job completion it was smooth and hassle free. The timeframe was quick, even with the holidays, and everyone I met was knowledgeable and friendly. The work done was of a high quality and all the rubbish was taken away and impacted rooms cleaned. Job location: PO16Good communication from the get go with a clear and reasonable price structure. The guys supplied protection for the route. They cleared all items from the roof and supplied and fitted new insulation above that of current guidelines. Needed loft insulation replacing before Christmas. Really good service provided by Johnny Fox and David. Good communication from Peter, the owner, as well. Punctual, polite, on time and respectful of our house. Cleaned up every day after their work day which was appreciated.
