    New loft hatch and relocated ladder

    A new loft hatch was required where the existing was in the wrong place for some internal building alterations. The new siting was discussed with Dean who carefully surveyed the existing roof layout before coming up with a suggestion, that fitted in with the alterations. The flush fitting insulated loft hatch is completely unintrusive in the entrance hall/dining room and was fitted with minimal disruption. The existing loft ladder was re-utilised, and fixed into position as part of the works, the house left clean and tidy after.

    Fitted a new hatch and ladder into my loft

    I had a loft hatch extended, a ladder installed and the floor highered, insulated and floored

    fantastic work. exactly what I needed. we went through different options for what I wanted and Dean was absolutely brilliant. was very quici, efficient, honest on pricing and what I could get away with as I was on a budget. would absolutely use again - already recommended to other friends!

    Great addition to our home

    Really pleased with the loft ladder and boarding installed by Dean. He went over and above with bespoke modifications to suit the exact position of our ladder and hatch and the result is spot on. Great communication high quality workmanship and everything finished neatly . It’s made a huge difference to our storage space and would definitely recommend !

    Great work

    Dean came and replaced our small loft hatch with a larger one including wooden ladder. The work was excellent, just as described. Clean and tidy finish and was as quoted. Would fully recommend his services.
