  New loft hatch and relocated ladder

  A new loft hatch was required where the existing was in the wrong place for some internal building alterations. The new siting was discussed with Dean who carefully surveyed the existing roof layout before coming up with a suggestion, that fitted in with the alterations. The flush fitting insulated loft hatch is completely unintrusive in the entrance hall/dining room and was fitted with minimal disruption. The existing loft ladder was re-utilised, and fixed into position as part of the works, the house left clean and tidy after.

  Provided a quote from the description given, where the garden room was to be constructed a few days prior to skimming. Requested photos of installation when plasterboarding completed and confirmed his attendance two days prior to carrying out the work. Arrived promptly in the morning and completed work by lunchtime for the price originally quoted. Nice and tidy work.

  Tree removal and stump grinding

  Excellent work and very competitively priced. Work involved removal of a tree, tidying up another and stump grinding, all carried out in good time and site left clean and tidy, in preparation of a garden room. We will be seeking their services further with the remainder of the trees that need removal within the garden during the winter.

  Deep clean of a house prior to putting it on the market

  The house had already had the furniture removed and was being made ready to go on the market. The cleaning carried out freshened up the house and cleaned those hard to reach bits. The quote received was competitive and work carried out as required

  Camera survey of drainage for house purchase

  Contacted Alan as was looking to purchase a property that had no manhole access on site and a public sewer to the rear. Alan arranged with the seller to get a camera survey of the rear public sewer from the neighbouring property and provided an accurate report and visual record of the sewer, it's depth, location and condition. The private drainage was more problematic as access only available from a rodding point, but managed to survey and reveal an issue at the boundary with the neighbouring property. Alan liaised with the neighbour to get it resolved. Good report including CCTV and sketch

  Replacement of front wheel bearings

  Keith carried out the work after discovering that the fault with my vehicle was the front wheel bearing and not the CV joint that I thought it was. He got the parts quickly and carried it out in a timely manner, correcting some previous work carried out by a checkatrade garage. He checked the torque settings for the vehicle to ensure they were correctly tightened and used the correct equipment.

  Removal of half of house contents and delivery to new address.

  Very good and very efficient. The move was over 3 days as there was a problem with my purchase. The team turned up promptly at 8:00 on the Thursday and were clear in an hour and a quarter. Same with delivery on the Saturday and their perseverance meant they managed to squeeze a large corner unit of a sofa up the stairs to the first floor lounge in the same time that they collected in. Robert was particularly good at organising the removals and took accurate notes for his quote.
