Steve got in touch quickly, responded to my queries, came round the next day as promised, was friendly and efficient, and did a super, quick job replacing my old, broken door lock. I'd recommend him.

I hired Steve to fit a door closer and couldn't be happier with the service. Booking was quick and easy, and he was able to fit me in without any long wait, which I really appreciated. Steve was professional throughout, arrived ready to work, and completed the job to a high standard. The price was reasonable — no unnecessary extras or inflated costs. What really impressed me was that he went above and beyond, he noticed the door needed a small adjustment and sorted it out without me even asking. That kind of attention to detail and genuine care for doing the job properly, not just the bare minimum, says a lot about his standards as a tradesperson.

The guys were vey friendly, and offered a competitive price. Unfortunately all of the the intumenscent strips fell out of the recessed cuts in the door, the paint job was average at best, and the latch (that I bought and was fire rated) had a spring that was too weak to hold up the brass fire handles, and was replaced with an equally as weak-springed latch, though this time with no fire rating. Of course they took the fire rated latch that I bought away with them! I had to buy a new heavy duty fire-rated latch off my own back, and install myself. I also had to re-glue the intumenscent strips.

Wonderful job all round. Steve knows his way around a patio door.
