Steel clothes rail tailored for fitting into an irregular space

Welding steels
Charlie was given 3 important structural steels welds, drawings were passed onto him before the job. The welds on all the 3 locations could not be passed, missing welds and where welded the quality looks like it was done by a DIY’er. I sent photos to Charlie with no reply, completely ghosted.

Hi The reason I haven’t replied is because I’ve had Covid the last few days. I was u able to weld around the whole steels as the notches are really poor and the gaps are way too big. If u want me to come back with extra steel tk fill these gaps I c

Balcony repair
Adjusted gradient of residential flat balcony floor. Initial repair was not perfect so Charlie came back and made adjustments without any question. Tidied up after the work and pricing was fair and in line with quotation.

Installation of metal grills at the back of my house
The work was completed to a very high standard. Charlie responded adequately to all my enquiries. He arrived punctually on the day of installation. The grills fitted well to the three windows and a door. He left the area of work pristinely clean. I will be happy to hire him any other time.
