Boiler fault diagnosis and repair
Roy was quick off the mark when I uploaded the request for an engineer. He got straight to work and diagnosed the issue with my boiler fairly quickly. He sourced the replacement part locally, came back and fitted it. All this was completed in under 3 hours. He was efficient, personable and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Roy
Roy was brilliant, super quick response on my request, clear comms and pricing and totally on time. He also explained what had happened to cause the broker boiler which was helpful. I also asked for additional help with something unrelated and be very kindly took the time to address it and managed to get both jobs done on site.
