  Boiler fault diagnosis and repair

  Roy was quick off the mark when I uploaded the request for an engineer. He got straight to work and diagnosed the issue with my boiler fairly quickly. He sourced the replacement part locally, came back and fitted it. All this was completed in under 3 hours. He was efficient, personable and did a fantastic job. Boiler repairs will never be cheap but he did exactly what was needed to get it working. Will book him again if needed.

  Engineer was very engaging, showed me what the issue was and what was needed to repair. He worked at a good pace and finished the job within 2 hours - which included having to go out and purchase replacement parts. Other than the cost of replacement parts, the cost was exactly as advertised. He did a great job on the repair and completed the boiler service as needed. Very happy with the job.
