  Lias talked lots of options through with me and we settled on which would be cheapest for me overall. He made two exterior doors for our log cabin and fit them. Felt no pressure from him, very easy to converse with, his work was brilliant and he arrived exactly when he said he would! Would definitely work with him again.

  Would highly recommend lias! Was very unsure if I would like the work I requested he drew and spoke everything through with me and did a very good job! I had a number of jobs I needed doing but was unsure who would do them. He came to do one job and left having done 4. I didn’t have to wait weeks and months like other joiners said I’d have too and lias work was very reasonably priced for the quality of finish and quotes I had from other joiners Will be saving his number????

  In addition to the oak joinery, also completed minor changes to the timber frame, preparations for plaster-boarding, over-boarding of the underfloor central heating, and installation of pocket door systems, bathroom units and cabinets, electric loft ladder and hatch and balcony decking and under-cladding. Materials supplied by the customer. Excellent work and attitude throughout - very tidy and conscientious with attention to detail and finish. Versatile and enjoys seeing work through to completion.

• Replace and level bedroom wooden floor

  Work entailed replacement joists and floorboards to an old property. Joists were tied into the exsisting brickwork. Levels were achieved by means of lazer lights. All work was completed within 3 days and left tidy.
