Cladding of the cantilever
Luan has completed the cladding of our cantilever. The job was done neatly and professionally. I liked the communication - Luan asked precise questions about the final result we expected. Any problems were quickly resolved with no questions. I am already recommending Luan to my friends.
Tiling of the ground floor and bathrooms
It was a tricky job, we had a vast area to cover with 120x120 tiles + epoxy grout + silicone. Luan's workers dealt with this easily, tiles were laid flat, perfect, 5*!
Refurbishment of 1 bedroom flat
Very impressed with the quality of work. Great work keeping me informed all the way through . Used two builders recently, Luan is by far the best.
Plasterboarding and plastering a new build
I would recommend Luan as a general builder - he and his people were coming always on time, polite, responsive, who deliver the quality without cutting corners. They are knowledgeable and problem solving. I'm happy with the work they've done and will definitely use Luan's services again.
Repair to brickwork
The work completed carefully and to a good standard. The area was left clean and tidy. Great communication before and after and good value for money.
