    Brilliant from start to finish. Highly recommended.

    Lucy is a legend. Plain and simple. We've needed her help twice in the last few years and she's been quick to respond and made light of major lock/door problems. Fixed them both with no stress or hassle. A pleasure to deal with, great communication, and she really knows her stuff. If you need a specialist you can trust to get the job done, and to be charged a fair price, Lucy is who you're looking for.

    Excellent customer service

    Lucy was brilliant from first contact on a call from a stressed resident! (Me) when door lock failed. Lucy came out found the problem and resolved/fixed the issue in the visit.     Great Locksmith. Highly recommend

    Lucy repaired our jammed French doors after quickly diagnosing a failed gearbox. While she was here, I asked her to look at a couple of other door issues I was having, which she quickly diagnosed and fixed. She explained everything clearly, was completely upfront about the costs before starting, and it really felt like she was looking for the most cost-effective solution rather than recommending unnecessary work. Friendly, professional, clearly knows her trade, and I’d happily recommend her to anyone needing a locksmith or uPVC door repairs.

Hi. My name is Lucy and I am an independent trading female locksmith based in Andover. I cover all SP9, SP10 & SP11 postcodes but will also travel to most of Hampshire and Wiltshire so please just ask. I aim to be with you in an emergency within 30 minutes* to get you back in your home safely.


I carry out work on both domestic and commercial properties including emergency lock outs, lost keys, changing locks when you move home, insurance upgrades and repairs.


There is NO CALL OUT CHARGE** and I offer free no obligation quotes. Discounts are offered for all serving armed forces, students and senior citizens.


I carry a fairly comprehensive stock in my van, meaning I can usually replace, upgrade or repair your lock at the time of the visit and any parts I use are guaranteed for a year. I use brands such as YALE, UNION and ERA as well as British Standard (5 lever) Mortice locks.


I accept any major debit/credit card, cheque or bank transfer and all my work is invoiced directly to you.


If you simply want some security advice about your home, please don’t hesitate to call.
