10 Prompt, reliable, good quality service

Lucy was very prompt in responding to my enquiry and coming round to look at my lock. There was no call-out charge and she ordered a good quality replacement lock with handles and replaced it as soon as the lock arrived. The new handles/lock look great and work perfectly. Lucy listened to my preferences about how the lock should work and made sure I could work it before she left. Lucy phoned me very soon after I had made an online request. She came out the same day and was able to identify and fix my lock on the spot. Lucy was very professional and gave great customer service. Her pricing was very fair for the job and she clearly explained the cost before commencing the work.
