  Brick / Concrete Structural Repairs

  Fantastic, quick and professional builders

On Thursday last week I needed some acrow props put in, as well as some plasterwork opening up for a visit from a structural engineer the following day. After a quick call to Lynch Renovation and Development, I was immediately reassured and Andy has his team arrived quickly and placed some supports and opened up a wall ready for further work. Andy gave some great advice on next steps too. I was impressed with the speed and professionalism, they helped clean up and have been in contact since. I would absolutely use Lynch again.

Outstanding service from start to finish

We couldn’t be happier with the work Lynch Construction carried out on our home. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding and we always felt well looked after. A special thank you to Andy, the project manager, who made the whole process so easy and genuinely made us feel like family. Huge credit also to Adam for his amazing hard work, from knocking down walls to installing our new kitchen and bathroom. The transformation is fantastic, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lynch Construction!

  Brick repointing

Andy and his team were great, they were quick to come out and assess the job, provided a quote and completed the job all in good time. The lads on site were very friendly and happy to show you updates with their progress. I’m very happy with the work they carried out and would recommend Lynch Renovation and Developments

  Basement / Cellar Conversions

  Cellar conversion and kitchen renovation.

We had a basement conversion and a chimney breast removal and some other work done. Andy gave us a reasonable price and has great contacts to do some of the specialised work eg surveyors, electricians and plumbers. Adam and Elliot did a great job with the building work and the cellar conversion. Overall we are really happy with the finished job.

Excellent! Workmanship and professionalism of the the highest quality from Lynch Renovation and Construction throughout, needless to say - we are delighted with the end result. Particular shout out to Adam and Elz who completed the work - nothing was too much trouble and were always good to chat to and have a laugh with. Top lads. Thank you all. 100 per cent recommend.

  New kitchen

We’ve used Andy and his team for 15-20 years now as we know we can explain what we need and know it’s in good hands to be completed to a very high standard, Andy works with us constantly and we agree budgets prior to start then discuss the options available and we are as always over the moon with the renovation he’s just completed, he arranged designers, structural engineers, and project manager the whole process ensuring even the trades that weren’t part of his team aligned with our timeframe, Andy and his team are honestly the one stop shop for all your construction needs
