  New kitchen

  We’ve used Andy and his team for 15-20 years now as we know we can explain what we need and know it’s in good hands to be completed to a very high standard, Andy works with us constantly and we agree budgets prior to start then discuss the options available and we are as always over the moon with the renovation he’s just completed, he arranged designers, structural engineers, and project manager the whole process ensuring even the trades that weren’t part of his team aligned with our timeframe, Andy and his team are honestly the one stop shop for all your construction needs

  Couldn’t ask for better! Top quality team and workmanship.

  Lynch completed our house extension and refurb, and we could not have asked for better. They were helpful and very knowledgeable about all components of the job, and no question or ask was a problem. They’re quick to respond and helped with the full process from planning, to inspections, to the build and after. From start to finish they were professional, informative, honest and kept us up to date with plans each week. They’re a well oiled machine, highly organised and everything ran smoothly and on time. Their quality of work is top notch, they care,and are committed and hard working! 10/10!

  Internal brick wall removed, large steel fitted, to a plastered finish.

  Cannot recommend enough. Fantastic communication, quality of work is outstanding. Very friendly guys. Always cleaned up after everyday.

  The best company to use

  We met andy Sean in October and we was in complete despair, we was on the middle of converting a large building into a veterinary practice, the builders had left the project, the building control company had gone into liquidation and we was facing bankruptcy with a massive loan gaining interest and only a limited budget to complete, the guys absolutely blew this project out of the park, they arranged building control, structural engineers, liaised with architects, ventilation, lift installers, fire prevention companies, we could not believe the knowledge this company had I highly recommend

  Loft conversion and renovation

  Andy the team at Lynch have just completed a renovation with loft conversion for us in 9 weeks! When we was told it would take that long we thought it would be a lot longer but from the offset Andy was very open and filled us with confidence, the work come in on time and on budget and we are over the moon with the standard of finish and service received, the whole team are great with lots of ideas and knowledge that really helped us throughout, I cannot thank Andy and his team enough, we are in and now looking forward to Xmas in our new surroundings.
