  Security camera.

  I had a security camera that i wanted installed on the side of my house. I used Check a trade to see if someone could install it for me . M5 Maintenance replied and Lee messaged me to say he would be able to install it for me. We arranged a date and time for the job and Lee arrived on time and did the installation for me. He is very knowledgeable about all the security issues that people need to protect their homes . He went through all the cameras instructions with me and was very helpful. He made sure everything was working correctly before he went. I would definitely recommend Lee and M5 Maintenance for any Cameras or security issues you may have in the future. He is a nice man very polite and does a great job . Thank you Lee . I thought i had already written a review for you.

  Outstanding Service

  Brilliant customer service. Super helpful. Every question was answered and gave the best option in the choices we were given. Started with cctv, ended up upgrading internet connections, boosting signals, upgrading doorbell which means no subscription!!! Honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

  CCTV Installed.

  I wanted a CCTV installed to the side of my house. I contacted M5 Maintenance Service and Lee replied to my message. We arranged a date and time to do the installation of the camera and he turned up on time. He did the installation of the camera and went through the instructions on my phone with me and stayed to make sure it was all working okay. Really pleased with the firm that i chose to do the work. Lee is very professional and helpful. I would recommend M5 Maintenance if you have any jobs that you would like done. Thank you Lee great service.

  Exceptional customer experience

  Lee provided sound trouble shooting advice for my CCTV connectivity issue over the phone which resolved my issue. Lee provided this advice free of charge demonstrating exceptional customer service and technical knowledge. He could have easily booked me in for a home visit and charged accordingly but valued the long game of client retention and returning customers far more than the quick win.   I wanted 3 ring cameras installed in my flat

  Lee was very professional, efficient and reliable. He texted me when he was on his way and notified me of his ETA and traffic. He was very helpful — after installing the security cameras, he helped me with other tasks in my property and did not charge me for them. He cares about providing great service to his customers and also maintaining long-term good working relationships with them.
