  Fully recommend.

  Fully recommend MAD Landscapes. Dan and Greg have done an amazing job. They created a new natural stone patio, built raised sleeper borders, added decorative gravel and finished a seating area with a timber gazebo. I am extremely pleased with the finished result, nothing is too much trouble, they keep a tidy site, very professional, respectful and friendly. I had a few quotes and can honestly say I am happy I picked these guys to do the job.

  Great Patio renewal

  I recommend.

  Really happy with the work Dan and Greg did. They transformed an old tired concrete area into a clean, tidy gravel driveway that looks so much better and has completely changed the space. They worked hard, were friendly, reliable and left everything looking neat and professional. Great attention to detail and the finish is spot on. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping or driveway work.

  I would strongly recommend that you should use a more professional contractor

  The workmanship was very poor, they were very untidy using the garden as a dumping ground resulting in dead grass and debris left behind The patio is about 2 inches higher than the original The runoff is more of a slope Drains were blocked with debris Sleeper work has already started to move Many slabs are damaged, not level, have trip hazards The jointing is extremely poor A base was laid which is 4 inches out of level and 5 inches out of square They came back for some remedial work to be carried out and “pottered” for an hour or two then went off saying they would be back and never did

  We are disappointed by this review and do not feel it fairly reflects the project. At the customer’s request, after the patio had already been laid, we moved it back by one metre. This meant lifting slabs, digging out additional ground, removing more waste, extra labour, and delaying our next job. We absorbed/spread these extra costs as a gesture of goodwill. Concerns were not ignored; we returned to site and tried to deal with matters reasonably and professionally.

  Driveway extension

  Dan & team worked hard in awful weather. Did a great job, I’m really happy with it. Reliable, friendly and great communication. Dan listened to what I wanted and delivered.
