  Exactly what you want

  Adrian and Gary rebuilt the steps at the front and back of my home, 5 at the back and 11.at the front, so no small task. They were quick, efficient, tidy, and did a beautiful job. I'm so delighted that I finally have steps that are even and predictable. I was also very happy with the price they quoted, and stuck to. Really nice guys that I felt comfortable, as a single woman of a certain age, to have in my home. I highly recommend them.

  A brilliant local builder, Plymouth - a rare example - well organised, fair pricing, great work.

  MAG Developments SW Ltd, have just completed a sensitive building project for us, removing internal, 2ft thick messy walls, installing 4 wide steel beams, they then made good the complexity of old rough walls. Adrian from MAG is a no nonsense experienced builder, who gave us some great ideas from the outside on how to do the project, he was reliable with appointments, he managed the project brilliantly, each trade ready to pick up as the last finished and presented solutions not problems. He had a respectful team who were fast, energetic workers, leaving the site tidy each night. Recommend

  Ground works including drains and concrete pathway

  The job had issues with miss communication which may not have been all down to the contractor. However, the standard of work was very very poor. ACO drains were left unsealed at joins but worse still a corner section was made using two standard drains and it was left open directly against the external foundations of my property. A soil waste pipe was removed and replaced and none of the render was made good. General industry best practice guildines were not followed. Ground levels too high with air bricks left at ground level and render left below ground against concrete instillation.

  garage conversion into en-suite

  Mag Developments were professional throughout the whole build . The team are reliable friendly and the communication is fantastic and we always knew the position of the works. The work completed was to a high standard and the team got on with things at pace. From the first day of Adrian providing the quote to shaking Gary’s hand on completion the whole service and experience has been exemplary. I will be using Mags development for my next project and would highly recommend this company .

  MAG DEVELOPMENTS CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY AND ARRANGED TO SEND REP THE NEXT DAY TO DISCUSE WORK REQUIRED . WITHIN ONE WEEK WORK STARTED AND WAS FINISHED IN TWO DAYS. WALL CLADDING LOOKS GREAT AND I AM PLEASED WITH THE RESULT.
