  Domestic Clean

  Very poor standard of domestic cleaning. The worst professional cleaners we have ever used. They are reliable with great communication but not worth the expense. A good proportion of the house was completely missed. One staff member was sitting on the stairs, while the other hoovered, which is very frustrating as you’re paying the cleaners by the hour.

  Misogynistic language

  There were many problems with this company and their responses to our complaints, but the main problem was the misogynistic language used by one of their employees towards my wife. If a woman being told "excuse me woman, I am talking" is ok by you, then by all means use them. Personally, I am sure there are many other, cheaper and more professionally run companies, that treat their clients with respect.

  Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you were unhappy with your experience. On the day, the property was not ready due to delays with the removal company. Rather than cancelling, our team waited and completed a clean that took around eight hours instead of the four hours booked. We take allegations about staff conduct extremely seriously and investigated them fully, finding no evidence to support them. We do not believe this review fairly reflects the circumstances or our team's efforts.

  Amazing service

  Due to unforeseen circumstances from Majestic there was a delayed start of the job, but the team went above and beyond to get it all done and they even offered us a compensation. They made our move into the new house much easier, and even though the place needed a much deeper clean than expected, they did a fantastic job! Highly recommend.
