Repaired a badly damaged, very old brick fireplace also replaced broken drainpipe and replaced some missing slate tiles on roof
Brick fireplace now looks lovely. Malcolm's quote was reasonable, the work was done in the time agreed and to an excellent standard. I'd been let down by a couple of builders so was relieved when Malcolm did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted. Complete Flat Renovation
Malbuild were Fabulous. They undertook all Elements of Building Work and I didn’t have to stop and get different Tradesmen all the time. Small extension
Turned up on the day they said they would come. There was somebody there everyday, apart from rainy days. Didnt make much noise while carrying out works. Kept everything tidy and nice.
