Great service and price
Within 2 mins of putting the request into Checkatrade to have a wasps nest removed from air brick, they had phoned and gave me a price and could the job immediately. Great price and great service. Same day wasp nest treatment
I noticed a wasp nest inside the eaves of the roof above my bedroom window so I called Malum. They were able to come the same day and apply an insecticidal dust treatment, I haven't seen a single wasp since. What a fantastic company, and brilliant service. Literally within a few moments of posting the job, I'd had a phone call with a very helpful and supportive member of staff. Steve then arrived within an hour or so, looked the situation over, explained what he was going to do and took time to speak with neighbours so that they were fully aware. Everywhere was left clean and tidy with further reassuring words from Steve about contacting them again should anything else occur. Thoroughly Professional Service
Following a recommendation from a neighbour, Dean and his colleague carried out bird control measures to our roof mounted PV cells because of problems with pigeons nesting underneath. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the 2 Malum staff were very knowledgeable and also polite and considerate.
