Booking made quickly and efficiently. Kept in touch by text and e mail . Engineer was quick, efficient and friendly. Showed me completed job and parts replaced. Everything clean and tidy. Excellent work carried out. Our kitchen tap was replaced within an hour and I'm so pleased with it, works a treat. We were first given a time slot and then notified when they were on their way. Job location: BL1My boiler broke down Thursday evening , Engineers came the following day I was advised to replace my 17 year old boiler. All arrangements made to carry this out on the Monday following. Jake & Shaun came on time the work was carried out, they were both courteous & respectful of my property, I had excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend this company.10 Hive hub installation

Job location: BL1M & R plumbing have looked after us with all our heating needs, installing new boiler and radiators . Very professional and friendly , explain everything they are doing, arrive promptly and leave the house tidy and all waste removed. Great company10 Boiler service.

Technician on time (early actually). I have been using M&R for a number of years now and they have always delivered. Competitive pricing as well. They installed my present boiler which was re-located from my old boilers position, so it was not straight forward but they made a good job of it all.
