  Replacement internal doors

  Very poor standard of work done on replacement internal doors. Jamie never arrived when a date and time was agreed. Also has left unfinished work to be done thou having been paid fully for the business.

  Jamie was very professional and his work is of a high standard. In the end he completed a lot of work outside the original quote and was vital in getting this renovation completed

  Cancelled on me 3 times and then said he couldn't do the job

  I received a quote to fit some doors which I was happy with. Arranged a date for fitting so I ordered the doors so the would be ready. They then cancelled on me 3 times and then said they were unable to carry out the work. Very disappointing service unfortunately.

  We are very sorry that you are unhappy with our service and would like to apologise for not being able to complete the work in the time required. Unfortunately we were unable to complete the work as the doors that were supplied were the wrong size for the openings. Therefore as it's the Christmas period and very busy time for us, we were unable to rebook you in for the allocated time you required. We would be more than happy to rebook the job for the new year providing the door supplied are correct.
