Repair plastering around radiator pipes

Board up doorway, skim edge of old door, repair to celing after internal wall removed, skim a wall
Mark come back to our second project. He previously skimmed the celings. Needed skimming around 2 french doors. 2 doors removed.Needed 1 doorway boarding up &other making good.We talked about what we wanted and he was happy to do. Pictures was sent and price given. He spent 4 1/2 hours before saying, would need to come back tomorrow and increase the price by £180. His words as he left was, I would have to do a bit of sanding. After painting celing couldn't believe the appalling state he left it in, as well as doorway. Plastered the ceilings in the hallway, kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms

Plastered a Full Kitchen including cealing
