  Kitchen surface and cupboards, refurb.

  Mark was pleasant, easy to talk to and understanding of our needs for our kitchen. He came everyday until job was completed and worked efficiently. He always cleaned up after himself which was an added bonus. Mark was able to see to any other little jobs that needed carrying whilst there. I appreciate the work he has done and I am one happy lady. Look forward to having him do more jobs for us in the near future. Massive thanks.

  Take out old bathroom and put in new one

  New bathroom looks very nice however the drain for the shower was cut too short and has been leaking behind the wall and ceiling since fitted on 1 July. This could not be seen until mushrooms started growing on wallpaper and when the wallpaper was removed the wall was sopping wet and black with mould. The ceiling was wet and bowed. The outside wall was also very wet. The hall needs redecorating, walls and ceiling replaced. The hall carpet will possibly need to be replaced too. This will cost me in the region of £3500-£4000 to get my house back in order because of his work

  Im sorry to hear of this. I done this customer’s bathroom around 10 months ago to whom I was recommended to by her friend whose bathroom I also did. The job went well I was there every day until the job was completed on time and on budget as quoted. The lady was over the moon with the job and paid in full. I did ask the customer as I always do to leave me a review to which she never did. I always water test all of my new pipe work as it goes in and as far as I could see there was no leaks. IF this customers has all this water damage I would have thought it would be picked up almost straight away after completion of the work as water tends to leave wet and stains almost immediately. Having said that the leak could be so small that it took a bit of time to actually get wet enough to see. IF this was in anyway to do with the work I done I am truly sorry and was not to poor workmanship just a mistake or human error as no one is perfect. I have not actually seen the damage or the cause of this problem. Regards

  Old kitchen and bathroom removed and new ones installed.

  Mark was the complete professional from our initial contact with him for a quote through to leaving our home with a gorgeous new kitchen and bathroom installed. He arrived promptly and cheerfully each day, got on with his work and cleared up at the end of the day. He kept us informed how progress was going and checked in that we were happy with each step, which we were. I've already recommended him to a couple of people already.

  Laying flooring, etc, throughout house.

  Mark has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process - from helping to identify the best flooring for our requirements, through to performing the work itself. The quality of his work is of the highest standards and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking for this type of work to be done. We will also be using him for future work. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Plastering of new Kitchen/Bathroom/Dinning room following extensive new layout of interior rooms.

  Work finished to a high standard with particular detail to finishing touches. Lovely Smooth walls which are ready for painting. Highly recommended great service. Nothing is to much trouble.
