  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

  He was brilliant! HIGHLY RECOMMEND The front door decided at about 7.30 pm that it wasn't going to close so it was an emergency as whatever we did made no difference. I made a request and he contacted me very quickly, agreed to come to the house immediately and told me what his labour cost would be.He was very pleasant, friendly and professional. he job took him longer than it should have done because of all the layers of paint which had built up (it is an old door which has been painted a number of times!) and had to be scraped off. Nevertheless he still only charged the sum he had quoted.

  Change front door locks to achieve fire safety compliance

  Mason did a great job overall. Recommended an appropriate solution at a reasonable cost. Great communication throughout and installed on time with great attention to detail and provided follow up support. A rare fin and I would highly recommend.

  Mason is a genuinely nice person who has respect for his customers

  Mason arranged to visit at a date and time to suit me. I explained to him that the person in trouble was an 83 year old suffering from recently diagnosed dementia. He had lost the key to one to his rooms and his life was all over the place. Mason was very gracious about the fact we arrived 15 minutes late. He was also very kind and understanding to the gentleman in question and broke it to him in a gentle and respectful manner that his key had in fact been forced into the lock of another door and needed to be rescued and returned to the original lock. All was sorted in about 15 minutes.

  Trustworthy, Professional Locksmith Who Truly Cares About His Customers

  I cannot recommend Mason highly enough. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, caring, and incredibly reassuring. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he immediately put us at ease with his calm and friendly approach. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and came fully prepared with plenty of stock and different options to choose from. He took care of both our front and back doors to a very high standard, always checking with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the work being carried out. His advice was honest, knowledgeable, and genuine.
