    Great service, and really quick to get in touch. Had one issue resolved straight away and parts ordered for another. Talked me through the problems and the repairs. Waited to ensure the issue was fully resolved and no leaks before leaving.

    quickly assessed the issue and clearly explained the options, advised on the cheaper route and even offered 12 month guarantee when he saw my hesitation, it was the right choice, job done well, problem solved and all mess cleared up before leaving - would certainly use again

    VERY SATISFIED

    We had quite the nasty emergency because of a unsealed waste pipe from the toilet and we also thought a burst pipe. Contacted Max who gave a quick verbal assessment of the problem but committed to have a look as soon as possible which was within the hour of my first contact. He kept up contact and arrived as he had stated. In short time he had sorted the problem, explained the fixtures he had made and recommended a future simple replacement and how I could easily do that. Job done!!! We went from panic and visions of ceilings/floors being removed to SORTED. Many thanks Max
