A great result and very professional service
Michael refitted our bathroom for us and we are delighted with the result. From the beginning Michael was quick to respond to questions, kept to agreed timescales and the original estimate (with the exception of elements outside his control) and was a great pleasure to work with. He coordinated with other trades as necessary to ensure a seamless service. Replacing shower with bath
We asked Michael for help replacing our shower tray with a bath, for which he gave a very reasonable quote, communicating with us quickly and easily. However, after removing the tray we discovered the floor underneath had been destroyed by damp and a broken/leaky pipe. Michael subsequently replaced all the floors, renewed everything to a high standard, then installed the bath. There were numerous issues along the way which he dealt with, and overall the charge for the extra work was fair. Had a fantastic experience working with Michael on my bathroom renovation project. The communication was easy, timely and pretty straightforward at all times and expectations were managed throughout.
