i never normally provide reviews -but in this instance i will-Louie from Mcconell answered my call literally in 10 mins of me requesting some one on Checkatrade. we had a price and day for work within days-he even came out and provided us with temporary fix until the job was completed.Louie keep us informed and turned up on time and completed the job to a high spec and left our premises tidy and clean-I would give him a 10 just on service alone and he has even offered to assist with Thames Water if we need it-Very hard to come by companies who care about there customers these days

Called first thing and got an appointment within 3 hours. Fixed urgent leak issue. Excellent workmanship. Highly recommend Louie first class job!! Thank you again.
