Excellent service. Louie and the team carried out the work but also identified the correct source of the link. Really happy wish I had come across them sooner.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the service Lou and his team provided. He replaced my lead water supply pipe, and what initially seemed like a straightforward job turned out to be far more complicated than expected. The existing pipe had a leak, and because it was part of a shared supply serving more than 10 properties, the whole process became much more challenging. Lou went above and beyond to help me deal with Thames Water, which resulted in multiple visits instead of the single visit originally planned, all at no additional cost. Throughout the entire process, he was always punctual, professional, and proactive in dealing with every issue that arose. His work ethic, commitment, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile were exceptional. I genuinely feel fortunate that I chose Lou over the other contractors I was considering. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough—they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you, Lou. I really appreciate everything you did.

We had a new plastic water main installed as the old one was copper and we had 3 leaks in different places in the last 6 years. The team that installed it we efficient kept me informed and did an excellent job

Louie was great from start to finish, so glad we found him to help repair our external water pipe. Professional, knowledgable, flexible and clear communication throughout. Job then involved repairing our neighbours leaking pipe too, which Louie clearly explained about and returned to complete at a later date with a minimum of fuss.

Louie Came round Promptly to look at the Job and Gave excellent advice on the best and most economical solution to the works. Repairing the leak would have meant digging up my nieghbours drive which would have been expensive as its patterned concrete. Louie advised molling a new main water supply into my property and Get Thames water to do the final connection into the street under the lead pipe replacement scheme that I had not been aware of. Louie and Bob completed the works Quickly and left no mess behind. Highly reccommend.

Many thanks to Louie and his team. They found the source of the leak from the old and damaged stop-cock in our front drive, and then worked quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the old pipework. Leak resolved, and everything was made good. I was also very impressed with the Louies communication skills with everything explained to us in laymans terms. He keep us informed every step of the way from quote right through to completion. This is not something I have generally found with other tradesmen, and so was very impressed...
