  Made and fitted the treads and rises as well as new strings for our staircase to our attic conversion as well as further joinery work in our attic. Made us solid oak open shelving in our kitchen as well as finishing touches to our kitchen such as fitting oak worktops too.

  Fantastic! Jack has put the finishing touches to our home and helped create some real focal points. The jobs were done with efficiency and no mess left! As a customer I was listened to and all needs met. We will be using again and recommended to friends. Cheers guys ??

  Full house refurbishment for a rental property. Doors fitted, skirting boards, full kitchen and bathroom renovated.

  Meadowside did a great job and worked well to completely renovate a house I rent out. It’s an old property so it came with some challenges - but I was really impressed with their work and trusted their advice.

  Extra structural beams and support posts fitted in loft space

  Unlike others, Meadowside replied to enquiries. They came to inspect and quote before I'd purchased the premises, when I needed to decide whether to proceed with the purchase as the bungalow had structural issues. After I'd purchased, they guided me through the process of getting a structural engineer to draw plans, and then they quoted from the plans. Quotation process very thorough, they take the time to price materials. Work done to a very high standard too, they followed the structural engineer's plans and the structural engineer was very happy with the work's quality when he inspected.

  No work carried out

  I couldn't contact Meadowside by phone so I sent a text over the weekend asking them to give me a call if they were in a position to quote for the required work. Jack rang the following Wednesday and arranged to visit at 9:30 am Friday. He took the address over the phone but just to be sure I sent it to him by text also. I took the morning off work and waited until 11:30 but then was called back to work for an emergency. My partner then waited but they never turned up, didn't call or text either.

  Kitchen

  We had an internal wall removed. A new kitchen fitted. Everything was kept as clean and tidy as possible throughout. We were kept informed as to what was happening and when. Very happy with the results.
