  Steven and Barry were extremely courteous and professional. My boiler needed replaced and also relocated. This was not straightforward. However nothing phased the guys and I am delighted with the result. Well done and thanks again to the guys

  No heating or hot water

  Took 10 mins to diagnose and fix fault (airway blown clear). Did warn me that it could indicate the end of life of the boiler. Took no money as it was a quick fix and on his way. I'll be calling him again if it does pack up.

  Gas boiler replacement

  Excellent service from Mercer’s friendly and thoroughly professional team.Stephen,Barry and apprentice arrived on the promised date and completed a job which threw up some difficulties quickly and with minimum disruption.All problems which arose were dealt with expertly,everything tidied up neatly and all for the estimated (very competitive) price. Highly recommended.

  New boiler

  The team worked flat out after we had a boiler system fail. The boiler was a 12 year warranty 24kw Worcester Bosch, no other supplier could offer a warranty period this long. They were extremely professional and helpful. The price was about £1000 less than larger companies and they offered 0% finance. It was installed in a day compared to Scottish Gas who charged twice as much for installation over 3 days. It was good to see them with an apprentice and growing their team.
