Great Local Company Doing a Great Job.
Friendly and professional, Mercury respond quickly to communication, give full detail of the work to be done, arrive on time, do exactly what they said they would do and give a real sense that customer service is important to them. Excellent team work
Super service from two brilliant guys. While Nils was coming from another job, Corey who had finished his job nearby popped in to check a few reasons why my cameras had gone off line. Because of Corey’s thoroughness Nils was quickly able to track the problem back to the box in the loft. He ordered the new part to replace the failed part and now my Cameras are all back on line and working perfectly. Such good team work. Corey came to fit the new part, checked everything was up to the excellent standard they expect from their products. Great alarm service!!
Great service of my alarm. Two lovely men attended my property. Nils and Theo are a great double act. They both took of there shoes without being asked which was great as we don’t wear shoes in the house and the panel is in the airing cupboard in my sons room.
