Broken window mechanism
Great company we've used for many years. I had a window that would not lock. Colin came to survey the problem which was a more involved problem than just a simple change of handle. He showed me how the mechanism around the window was completely broken . About a week later Dean came and replaced the mechanism. He was very friendly, polite and efficient.
