Very thorough
Came round did a diagnostic and quickly got the part and got to work on the boiler. Very efficient as I was out off hot water. He ensured the heating and hot water was fully working before leaving giving everything a test run and not rushing. Even got a courtsey call the following day to ensure everything was still ok. Fantastic service!
I was in such a panic on a Sunday morning seeing water dripping through my ceiling, but Mo rang me straight away when I requested the job and he was brilliant. Calmed me down on the phone and was at my house fixing the problem by the early afternoon. Explained the issue and the options we had and got straight on it. Amazing communication start to finish, Mo even rang me a few days later to check everything is still okay. Can’t recommend him enough!Job location: DE22
