  Refurbishment and insulation of home office

  Andy from Minibuild was recommended by a friend who had also been very impressed with his work. He was friendly and efficient, and offered a couple of quotes to keep the work within our budget. Very punctual and keep us in the loop all the way throughout the work. He also kept an eye on contractors working on his behalf and ensured we were happy with their work.

  designed and fitted new bathroom, updated second bathroom, plus other interior refurbishment.

  As on previous projects for us, Andy is very helpful and communicates really well about the work, involving us in all the choices. His work is careful and thorough, and he takes so much trouble to get things right. A lovely end result.

  Bathroom installation

  Andy refurbished our utility room last September. Based on that experience, we did not hesitate to ask him back to install a new bathroom for us. The standard of his work has been excellent throughout. He has kept us fully involved in progress and decision making and has been flexible, friendly and always willing to discuss available options. Andy works carefully with exceptional attention to detail and shows full consideration for the fact that he is working in your home. His cost and time estimates were spot-on. We have the highest regard for his work and would recommend Minibuild to anyone.

  New kitchen, utility, flooring and miscellaneous other work

  Andy treated all the work he did for us as if he was working in his own home: not only in the care he took to do a great job and make sure we were happy, but also in the way he tidied up and minimised disruption. I'm really satisfied with all the work Andy did for us and the price we paid for it, and above all I can say that he's a thoroughly nice person. This makes an enormous difference when someone is working in your house for many weeks! I hope it'll be a while before we're doing work on this scale again, but Andy will be the only person on my list when we do!
