Capping off redundant pipework

Toilet leak
I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I agreed to a quoted price for a leaking toilet repair, but the invoice arrived 50% higher. After challenging this, I agreed to pay 20% above the original quote in line with their terms, yet the revised invoice still exceeded that amount. Worse, the same leak returned just 10 days later. Despite their terms stating they will rectify faulty repairs, they refused to return and then stopped responding. The result was no effective repair, significant unexpected costs, and very poor customer service. They have just replaced our heating boiler. They did an extremely good job, were polite and friendly, finished it on time and with no mess. I would recommend them.
