  New bi-fold doors fitted and change position of radiator and decking

  With Hillerys the work is always completed to a high standard, and always going that extra mile. Definitely works well how our doors flow into the garden..and no access issues what a result....one happy customer...

  No work carried out

  Didn't turn up, waited till 4.30 then got in contact with them saying that it would have been polite to let me know that they weren't able to make it and that I wouldn't be using them again. The reply I got was a SMILEY FACE AND A THUMBS UP. RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Certainly will not be recommending them to anyone.

  EICR check

  I'm not able to comment on the work as the report is being held to ransom by the tradesmen on threat of deleting the information contained unless I settle my bill despite the terrible service.

  The customer requested an Electrical Installation Condition Report on a property in Kettering, due to an administrative error we did indeed miss the first appointment, and apologised for this, making a new appointment, the inspection was duly carried out and the report compiled. It is company policy not to release reports or certificates without prior payment. The customer threatened us with legal action, when actually it was he who owed us monies. After informing us of numerous European legal obligations and customer service regulations I guess his legal council advised him accordingly.

  Brick up interior / exterior doors, insert 2 pipes in the wall, add some sockets and plaster

  Should of taken around 5-7 days maximum based on previous experience, but it took 6 weeks. The owner kept taking guys off my job and putting them on other jobs, people didn't show up, no call to say no one would be coming. It was unbelievable! Took 4 weeks for them to test the electrics then another 3 weeks to send the certificate. I would avoid them at all costs!

  We have carried out a number of jobs for this customer, initially all went very well and the customer increased the the elements required as the project proceeded, the customer failed to comprehend the principal that we were obligated to other clients as well as well as himself and that additional works would need to be programmed in rather than just executed on demand. He also refused payment for works carried out.

  Removal of wall and turning place into utility and making place habitat area
