after sending pictures the job was accurately diagnosed. trade person arrived on time after contacting me with a new tap which was fitted in quick time. i as given advice about the pressure for the kitchen tap. yes I would use this service again very pleasant and got on with the job.

There were some great tradespeople who replied, however Mason was the most detailed in his replies and also had availability for the day we needed. He sent us images for potential taps to replace the one that was broken, which was better than having one selected for us. He also replied to my queries regarding fixing vs replacing. His costs were included in the fee and there was no surprises with extra or additional fees. The job was clean, quick and his customer service was excellent.

Good communication. As it happened, after investigating the issue, it was clear that the issue was todo with the tiling on the shower floor - so at least I gained clarity on what needs fixing albeit I still can’t use the shower. I was quoted £160 to identify the problem (assuming it was the pipe in the wall) and then fix it. I suppose I was a little disappointed to still pay a similar amount and not have a working shower - but that wasn’t the plumbers fault. I guess it would have been nicer to have been charged for an hour which could have been more like £80 potentially?

Communication with Paul was clear and effective meaning the work could be quoted and booked easily. The visit from Mason was efficient, tidy and everything was explained and talked through before work commenced. Spot on, would use again!
