Flawless damp work—highly professional team
Excellent service from start to finish. James assessed our damp problem, providing a clear scope and quotation. The team turned up early, polite and professional, making sure to protect everywhere before starting. They removed the old plaster, cleaned up instantly, treated the area, and replastered. Externally, the wall was grinded, injected, and repointed. The entire job was completed in one day. Everywhere was washed down, cleaned, and left exactly as it was found. From the initial meeting with the company (Martin), the communication was great. Messages with Natalie were so friendly and felt very helpful in getting my issues sorted. The work was carried out but James and two other employees, who were all very polite and friendly.
