  Modern Roofing and Building Limited came out to my property to investigate a leak and quickly identified the source of the problem. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and also assisted with repairing the ceiling damage caused by the leak. The work carried out included repointing the ridge tiles and installing new membrane on the roof. Everything was completed to a high standard, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. The team were friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the job, so I always knew what was happening. I would highly recommend Modern Roofing

  I recently hired Modern Roofing and Building Limited to carry out rendering work on the walls of my property, repoint my chimney, and install new lead flashing around the chimney. The access to the chimney was quite difficult, but the team handled the job professionally and efficiently.
