  V efficient removal from 2 bed central flat to Croydon

  Movivan gave me an excellent removal service moving from my 2 bed flat in central London to a house 1 hour away in Croydon. The pre-sales conversations were very easy and professionally conducted, with a really simple video tour of my flat during which the Movivan adviser talked me through everything I would need and gave a very helpful breakdown of my options. On the day of the move, the team arrived on time and were all polite, professional and effective. They managed difficult removals of large furniture through my unusually narrow corridor and generally found helpful solutions. Everything

  The best home moving company

  2 days packing and moving from Movivan. I had to move home from Hayes to Guildford. This company was recommended highly by my sister-in-law. Very friendly, fast and hard working. Everything was done as described and beyond. I highly recommend to anyone planning to move and need reliable movers.

  My experience with Movivan

  Movivan helped us move house last month from Twickenham to Enfield. The team were really professional and courtous and made our lives much more easier on the moving day. They packed everything one day in advance and moved on the next. No damages, no delays, no fuss. Absolutely flawless. I would highly recommend Movivan.

  Smooth Move, Disappointing Resolution

  Positives first: Movivan fit us in at short notice, communication was good, and the movers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Unfortunately, an item was damaged during the move. The mover apologised at the time and accepted responsibility, but when we contacted the office afterwards, the damage was disputed and responsibility denied. We were also told that any reimbursement would have to come out of the employee’s wages, which was presented as our problem as customers. Eventually a second-hand replacement part was sent for us to fit ourselves. The move was fine; customer service was poor.

You chose to replace the divider yourself, and we sourced and paid for the replacement part, arranging delivery directly to your address.
