  I was really pleased with the work Joe has done for me before and so I didn't hesitate to contact him again when a hole in the roof was unexpectedly discovered. He came the very next morning and repaired the hole the same day. I didn't seek other quotes and so don't know if what I paid was comparable to others, but felt confident that I could rely on Joe to do a good job.

• Guttering repair

  I asked them to come and fix some leaky guttering on our conservatory. They performed the agreed work, then we realised that the issue wasn't where we had initially thought. They then did additional work to fix the actual problem. They were very helpful and thorough. So I asked them to come back again and do some more work on our house guttering. This was also performed to a similar standard. I'll definitely keep them in mind for any future work.

  My ancient polycarbonate roof needed replacing and I approached Joe for a quote. From first point of contact (and as the job progressed) Joe was honest and friendly. He always returned my phone calls (and was patient with my numerous questions!). He was very professional and gave good advice on what my options were. Once work began, him and his team worked diligently and obviously took pride in their work.I would have no hesitation in recommending Joe and his friendly team.

• Replace missing and damaged slates

  Absolutely brilliant, Joe went out of his way to replace the slates (which were in an awkward position) and also fixed my guttering. Nothing was too much trouble. He explained clearly what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely use Multi Fix again.
