Damp proof to 3 out of 4 walls to barn conversion
A warning about the guarantee that multiskill offer. They gave a 30 year guarantee on a property I bought last year that they partially damp proofed. It was neglected and had damp on 3 walls, I was aware of this. They offer a current survey on a property, cost of £90, and will repair free of charge if the damp proof is deemed to be as a result of their failure. On inspection they accepted that along with other factors the damp proof had failed on the 3 walls. The 4th wall that they did not work on is fine.
