Raised the job on the Saturday and had contact on the Sunday. Mark arrived slightly early and quickly identified the issue. He carried out the required work and tested thoroughly.

An awful smell had appeared in our kitchen and after calling out a drainage company we discovered an old toilet waste pipe under one of the kitchen cupboards that we had not previously known about. The drainage company could not sort the issue as it was deemed to be a plumbing problem. Mark and his colleague managed to fit us in between jobs and arrived 10 minutes after I called him. They were friendly, polite and helpful. They capped off the offending pipe quickly and efficiently and charged a reasonable rate for the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future plumbing work.
