  Kitchen extension

  From start to finish, communication was very good, the only slight adjustment to the plans was where the man hole was going to be, this was moved no problem, having people come in after the work completed to clean was something I have never experienced before, which was fantastic.

  House extension

  We recently had Steve and his team complete a structural knock through to create an open plan kitchen living space and build a new side extension . They were all extremely professional and organized . Steve suggested we went for a ASHP and underfloor heating and it’s really made a difference . I must admit taking on this project was a very daunting experience and there were just so many things that we didn’t understand or have the knowledge about , however Steve explained everything to us at each step of the way and even organized meetings with various specialists so that we could navigate.

  Recently completed a side return extension to our terraced house in bristol, The project went very smoothly through all stages and the costing and design done by their surveyor fitted our needs perfectly. Steve and his team were great to work with. His team are great people; friendly, helpful, very skilled, totally honest, and receptive to my requirements. Steve himself always answered the phone and was on the site every day. The work was completed on time and on budget. It was such a relief to work with a team who got things done, and did them well.

  Had a double garage built including all footings an oversight.

  Our experience was very good an we will no doubt be using them again for any other building work we wish to have done. Steve went above and beyond when it came to delivering us exactly what we wanted. Always on schedule and the communication was brilliant also. The final outcome of the work carried out was exactly what we asked for and the site was always kept tidy and secure from Trespassers. And finally the price was very good/competitive and we got quotes from over 8 contractors.
