Building a simple lean to shed.
Nathan requested money up front for materials which we duly complied with. The work was 3 days late starting due to endless excuses over picking up materials, staff going to other jobs. When Nathan and his team eventually turned up to complete the work they worked 1.5 days in total smoking continuously and he then requested more money for staff wages advising he would be back on the Saturday morning to 'get the job done' and we have never seen him at our property again.
