  Where do I start, the owner just cares about taking peoples money and the work carried out was poor. I wanted my back garden pool area professionally landscaped. Both young guys had tops off, trainers on while the older man was a bit more professional. The director came out didn’t seem to listen to what I originally wanted as I had extra charges added to the quote, he managed to forgot a whole section of the garden which was spoken about prior to work being carried out. They didn’t seem to care one bit and A complete mess when on site. I would not recommend this company

We were very shocked to receive such a negative review as I am sure you can see from previous reviews this is extremely unusual and also dumbfounding. As much as we would like to respond to all your points raised on this media platform, with only 200 words to do so, it's a little tricky. I can see from our records we have had numerous email correspondence with yourselves before, during and after your project, with no mention of the issues raised here, so we only wish you had bought these to our attention at the time the project was running where, as you know, we would have been more than happy to work with you.   Take up, remove old patio/paved area from back gate, around rear and down opposite side of house

  Excellent professional company from initial visit to office/ showroom through decision making stage right through to completion of work. Fantastic team, very polite, knowledgeable, hard working, clean and tidy. Job was completed to our high expectations and does not disappoint. Each stage discussed, explained and agreed to our satisfaction. Would thoroughly recommend this company and all their staff. Excellent service and impressive result.

  Two patios and new turf

  Our garden has just been completed by Natural paving installations. Nick helped us to design the garden and Sara kept in contact with us with everything. Rob , Kahn and Ryan were the men who carried out all the hard work getting the areas ready and installing it , they worked very hard every day arriving very early and working all day. Rob kept us informed every day . The guys are assets to the company. I would highly recommend this company to my families and friends.

  Porcelain tiled patio and gazebo build

  Garden

  Major work on my garden has been completed last year with edging remained to finish. Sarah contacted me as promised to schedule the work. Callum and Ryan arrived early in the morning on time and worked smartly on the edging. Once done, they cleaned and removed all rubbish from the site. This company and the team are surely trustworthy and highly recommend!
